MOVED

We sold our house on Boise and moved across town. The process was long just waiting on paperwork on the sale of ours and the purchase of our new home but we are finally in and getting settled. We listed our Boise house in December and also put in an offer on a Short Sale house at the same time.  Then ours SOLD.

It ended up falling through and then we had to back out of our offer for the other house until we sold ours. In the meantime someone else put in an offer on the house we wanted and we started looking at other houses for when we had another offer.

We got an offer on our house and so we put in another offer on the short sale because the other persons offer fell through. We were told up front that we may not be able to push the bank to close in time with the one we were selling. We had to have some work done on the house before closing and its not everyday I see men on our roof!

We were actually going to be in limbo for awhile while the bank got all the paperwork together after we closed on ours. Then came the packing...

Moving day came around and to start the day we had a little fun...

The next day we signed papers to sell our home. It was sad and exciting all at the same time. We were also told we could move into the new house that day before we even closed on it!

 Needless to say miracles happen everyday. The whole process was worth it though!

I know some of you are just dying for pictures :) so without anymore waiting here are a few.

Some numbers to put it in perspective for you.

Our old house could ALL fit on the main floor of our new home.

It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 large living areas, 2 fireplaces, closets, 2 car garage  and is 3500+ square feet. 

We are currently only using the main floor.

We only have a few boxes that haven't been unpacked.

We had to buy some furniture :)

We have so much room we don't know what to do with all of it. 

Our new ward is friendly and welcoming.
