This past weekend we had the opportunity to go to Utah to see Anthony and Mandy who are Brenda's brother and his wife. They were kind enough to put us up for a few nights! While we were down in Utah we went to the Draper Temple Open House. 
The Temple itself was beautiful but the unorganized mess made for a very long day but the kids handled it gracefully. The whole time we were in Utah the fog was unbelievable and even when we went up to the temple but Brenda was able to get some nice pictures to share with you! The drive home was good until we hit Pocatello where the winter weather conditions caused us to slow down!
Happy 1st Birthday Kaytlin! Kaytlin turned 1 on the 16th of January. We celebrated her 
birthday on the 17th of January and invited family to come to our house!
Kaytlin was intrigued by everything that was happening. Brayden 
enjoyed opening her presents for her as you can see from the picture and he was very pleased with his new toys and Kaytlin was very pleased with the taste of the wrapping paper! She did take a liking to the swing we got her that can be attached to our swingset.
Kaytlin's favorite part in my eyes was her cupcakes which we served for her birthday cake! She wasn't sure at first but she got the hang of it quickly. In the picture, its just about done and she is starting to look disappointed. It was that good!
