Bike MS / Rigby Lake

June 25th we got down to the fairgrounds in Logan to get camp set up and get ready for Josh to ride in the Bike MS ride. We set up camp and the kids got their swimsuits on the float the river.

Saturday morning came early. We volunteered to help with serving breakfast so we got up at 5:00am. Josh caught up with friends and prepared to hit the road. His doctor didn't approve him to ride after his dehydration scare the previous week.
He set out with a plan to ride to the first rest stop and then ride back.
He ended up riding 15 miles and was still feeling pretty good.

We tore down camp and headed home after his ride.
We got home, unloaded the car, reloaded it for a day at the lake to enjoy their fireworks show.

We had a great time supporting such a great cause. We have met some amazing friends through Bike MS and can't wait to ride again next year.

Trip to Salmon, Idaho

We visited the Sacajawea Cultural Center and took the boardwalk around the area.

On the way back home we stopped in Gilmore which is considered a ghost town now. Gilmore has been abandoned since the mines officially closed during the Great Depression. There are lots of abandoned buildings and we came across a few in the woods that we checked out.

It was a nice day trip together.

We will definitely need to visit Salmon again.

Band Concerts

We have enjoyed seeing each of the kids learn an instrument.
We were able to finally have concerts and see them perform.

Mr. Randall, Brayden's band director is changing schools so they came up with a way to transition the new director into his place. The new director is Mr. Bull.

I hope they all stick with band.

End Of School Year
 2020-2021

The kids had a great year but were glad when it came to a close.
Alayna made so many great friends and learned so much about herself this year.

McKenna, Emery, Alayna and Taylor
McKenna, Emery, Mrs. Fitzgerald, Alayna

Her class collected the state coin for each state. We struggled with a few of them but we had many friends watching for them with us and she got them all!
Alayna graduated from D.A.R.E

Kaytlin was chosen as the Panther of the Month.

Kaytlin with several of her friends to end the year!
Alayna had the great opportunity to have Mrs. Cowan for both 4th and 5th grades.

Alayna completed Grade 5, Kaytlin completed grade 7, and Brayden completed 11th grade.
