Trip to Salmon, Idaho

We visited the Sacajawea Cultural Center and took the boardwalk around the area.

On the way back home we stopped in Gilmore which is considered a ghost town now. Gilmore has been abandoned since the mines officially closed during the Great Depression. There are lots of abandoned buildings and we came across a few in the woods that we checked out.

 It was a nice day trip together. 

We will definitely need to visit Salmon again.
