Kaytlin turns 12

Kaytlin celebrated her birthday the beginning of the year. She turned 12 years old. She loves baking, being outside, being dirty, and helping around the house. She insisted on making her own cake and allowed Alayna to help decorate it. We had family over to help celebrate.

 Her favorite thing about her birthday celebration was getting her pet Georgia (stuffed giraffe). She had been asking for this pet for awhile and was so excited. For her birthday dinner she chose Red Robin.

She also got this new dress and wanted everyone to see it. 

 As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 12 years of age holds significance. She was very much looking forward to joining Young Women's and going to the temple. The church changed the policies right before her birthday so she was able to go before turning 12. Honestly, I don't think you can be 12 yet.
