Utah Fun/Mission Farewell

Not to long ago I got word that my Seminary Teacher, Sister Guffey and her husband got their mission call so we decided to go down to Utah and make a weekend out of it. On Saturday we drove down and stopped in Ogden to visit the Dinosaur Park. We walked around the eight acres to see all the life size dinosaurs they had. As you can see from the pictures there were lots.

They had two robotic dinosaurs that moved and growled and Alayna didn't like that at all.

We are all kids at heart! Josh got into the visit!

It was so cool and the kids loved it!
After the Dinosaur Park we stopped off in Roy to visit the Hill Air Force Base Aerospace Museum.

My favorite part in the museum was that they have all the flags from each state displayed under the United States of America Flag.
She takes things so literally when told to enjoy the displays!

The main reason for our visit to Utah was the Farewell of my Seminary Teacher. They got their mission call to be Military Relations missionaries in Malaga, Spain. They were due to report to the MTC on April 14th but because of issues with their Visa's they won't be going to the MTC until May 12th! I am so excited for them and we are following their blog for updates on their mission! The first picture below was when I graduated high school in 2001. She has been a support and friend for a long time. The bottom was taken at their farewell.

Good Luck and God Speed!
