Spring Break

We took a little trip to Utah for Spring Break. We enjoyed the aquarium, visited Temple Square, had dinner with Emilie, went to Lagoon and took advantage of the hotel pool.

The temple is under construction but it was neat to see the progress.

The aquarium was super awesome!

They had all sorts of animals there! I especially loved the sharks, penguins, and my kids.

The hotel brought some amusement for the kids too. 

We got each of the kids a stuffed animal at the aquarium and they all found a hang out at the hotel. We also got to have dinner with Corbin & Emilie and then headed back to the hotel to get some sleep. 

Lagoon was a hit with the kids. 

They had no idea what we were going to Utah for and I am sure we far exceeded their ideas.

We had a great getaway weekend and surprised the kids too!

Being in middle school has been rough on this trio but they are still great friends!

 With all their extra curricular activities we are busy but love it!

 Basketball

 Kaytlin was asked if she wanted to play basketball and then Josh offered to coach their team.

Her teammates were: Gabby, Katie, Hadley, Hailey, Natally, Sydney

Snow Play 

We did snow removal for a neighbor and the girls would play while we worked.

We went sledding with friends back in February and had so much fun! It was lightly snowing and the flakes were perfectly shaped snowflakes.

We may as well enjoy the snow while its here. 

We are all looking forward to warmer weather though.

 Alayna Plays Volleyball

Alayna wanted to play volleyball so I signed up to coach. We had a great season with friends learning the sport. We are also playing and coaching next season too!

Her teammates were Sophronia, Emery, Emily, Aniyah, Ksenya, and Natalia.

She loved it and is excited for the next season to start!

 Kaytlin Turns 13

Kaytlin had a birthday! She is officially a teenager! 

She chose to have dinner out at Red Robin.

She baked and frosted her own cake. We had family over to help celebrate.

Time seems to be flying by so quickly.
