Welcome to Moab
Almost a year ago Josh asked Carl & Anthony if they wanted to do a bike ride in Moab, Utah in September. Everyone got pre-registered and made arrangements for camping!
We all rolled into Moab at different time and we met up with everyone at the campsites. We got everyone's tents set up and decided to go check the guys in for the bike ride and then drive into Arches National Park.

We checked out the visitors center and gift shop.

On Saturday we got the guys off on their ride. Josh rode 60 miles the first day. We went back into Arches National Park for the morning. We then headed back to the hotel where the ride began to start waiting for the guys to cross the finish line.

 Dinner ended up being late.

Crossing the finish line on day 1.
While the guys rode day 2 we took the kids into Canyonlands National Park.

Some of us packed up camp while others lounged around while the guys rode so we could get everyone on the road before to late.

We did lots and lots of walking and hiking.

 Start of day 2

Taking a break in the shade before moving on.

Everyone waiting for the guys to come in on day 1.

Anthony got sick and didn't feel great after the ride day 2.

The views were amazing and the guys are already talking about signing up for next years ride. It was fun spending time together and letting all the cousins play.
Cache Valley Century
Bike Ride
Josh has been riding in the Cache Valley Century for a few years. It is a ride to help promote outdoor recreation for persons with disabilities. This year he took off and rode about 13 miles before his bike tube and tire both blew.

The kids and I helped at the starting/ending line.

We had a good time even though Josh's ride was short.
